Amaya

Amaya G.

Girls Group’s Women Of Purpose Ambassador program is made up of Girls Group Alumni who want to leave a legacy with Girls Group by taking a leadership role in the agency. Ambassadors are responsible for connecting with other participants in their graduating class every month and joining monthly settings to provide feedback for programs and events.

Girls Group Ambassador, Amaya Gray, is also an active participant in our Women of Purpose program. She’s been a participant at Girls Group since 2013 as a 7th grader at Clague Middle School. Amaya currently has her own non-profit organization that she started in 2018 at age 17 as a Junior in high school. The mission of Amaya’s non-profit aims to bridge the gap between everyday earthly responsibilities and faith for women.

When asked why she chose to become a Girls Group Ambassador she stated:

I chose to become a Girls Group Ambassador because I wanted to get the opportunity to use my voice to improve and benefit other participants’ experiences at the Women of Purpose program. Being an Ambassador also helps me build my own leadership and teamwork skills!
