Girls Group provides year round comprehensive programming that spans middle school, high school, and continues through college and careers:

School Year Program

School-Year Program

Weekly group programs for middle school and high school students to promote building a college & career mindset. Programming includes safe space to explore identities, youth leadership, and focus on positive relationships with peers and mentors.

Summer Program

Weekly group programs for middle school and high school students to support participants in combating summer brain-drain and transitions from one grade to another. Programming includes discussion groups, field trips, book club, adventure club, college tours, and summer camps.

Year Round Program

Year-Round Enrichment

Monthly group programs and annual special events to inspire possibilities through new ideas, experiences, and connections with peers, mentors, and family. Programming includes family engagement workshops, Saturday workshops, spring break workshops, and celebration events.

Weekly group programs and one-on-one mentoring for high school juniors and seniors to promote college and career readiness. Programming includes college tours, career exploration, job readiness, college application support, financial planning, and scholarships.

College & Career Services Program

College & Early Career

Biweekly group programs and one-on-one mentoring for high school graduates to support their college and career journeys. Programming includes college and career advising, networking, peer mentoring, financial planning, scholarships, and planning for the future.

Alumni Services

Monthly communication with high school and college graduates established in their careers. Biannual reunions to reconnect, network, mentor, and celebrate accomplishments with other Girls Group Alumni.
