Mik is a Senior Grants & Evaluation Coordinator for Girls Group. Mik earned their BSW from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis and their MSW from the University of Michigan. Mik has experience in program evaluation, crisis intervention, and working with youth. Mik is passionate about reducing injustice for individuals who identify as LGBTQ+, creating equitable program spaces, and addressing the need for diversity, equity, and inclusion in all spaces. Mik’s responsibilities include coordinating grants, providing research and data needed to make decisions, managing program evaluation, and promoting strategic initiatives.
