Fatou is planning on continuing her education. After completing her degree in Integrative Studies, Fatou is considering pursuing a Master’s Degree in Neuroscience or Biomedical Science. This will ultimately bring her closer to her goal of attending medical school and becoming a surgeon.
When asked how Girls Group has impacted her college journey, Fatou said, “Girls Group has also helped me financially throughout the years as I pay for college. Since I am completing two degrees simultaneously, I have been taking classes year-round to graduate on time. Girls Group scholarships have tremendously aided in my tuition in the Summer. I do not know if this would have been an option without these scholarships. The continued support from Girls Group has motivated me to complete my education.”
