Ramona holds a Ph.D. from Michigan State University and has dedicated her career to advancing leadership, confidence, and opportunity for girls and young women. With over 20 years of experience in youth development, she has led multi-site programs, designed training initiatives, and strengthened systems that drive meaningful engagement and long-term growth. Her work focuses on equipping staff to create environments where girls feel seen, valued, and empowered to define their goals and futures. Outside of work, Ramona enjoys traveling, coaching volleyball, and presenting nationally on girls’ leadership.
