Quania is a Senior Social Work Supervisor supporting internship programming. Quania earned her BSW from Eastern Michigan University and her MSW from Wayne State University. Prior to joining Girls Group, Quania’s career history ranges from providing direct care, supportive counseling, leading in program development, and person-centered case management. Quania is passionate about being a resource for the community and advocating for socioeconomic equity. In her spare time she enjoys listening to music and spending time with friends and family.
