Joanna Johnson has been an educator for nearly 20 years. She holds two Master’s degrees: one in Secondary Education and the other in Administration and Supervision. She is a certified high school teacher and K-12 administrator and currently works for Ann Arbor Public Schools as the Federal and State Grant Coordinator, Rising Scholars Coordinator and Instructional Technology Coach. She is excited to engage with Girls Group both as a board member and through the Ann Arbor NAACP HBCU Tour as the Tour Coordinator for nearly a decade to provide opportunities for Girls Group participants.
