Kayla is an Senior Development Manager supporting year round enrichments, internship programming, and behind the scenes needs for Girls Group. She earned her BSW with a minor in Women and Gender Studies from Michigan State University and her MSW from the University of Michigan School of Social Work. Before joining Girls Group, Kayla worked with youth in multiple capacities and co-founded a business that aims to help college students combat sexual violence on college campuses. Kayla is enthusiastic about helping young people build character, develop leadership skills, gain confidence, and find their own passions in life.
