Jan Barney Newman has transitioned from the Girls Group Board of Directors, to our Advisory Board, effective April 2021. Jan has passionately and graciously served Girls Group for more than 10 years as a Board Member, and as our Vice Chair for 7 of those years. We have been consistently inspired by her joyful energy and dedication to the Girls Group mission. Her networking, persistence, wisdom, and humor have been crucial to Girls Group’s continued success over the last decade. We have all been uplifted by her storytelling, fashion statements, mentoring, and nurturance. Her sense of love, community, and generosity have exemplified the spirit of Girls Group. We are grateful for her continued support.
