Kris Maly has served as the Communications Manager for Ele’s Place Ann Arbor, a non-profit organization that is a healing center for grieving children, teens and their families since 2020, after joining the organization as the Project Manager for the Capital Campaign in 2018. In her corporate career, Kris most recently served as the Vice President, Corporate Communication and Investor Relations at Synthetic Biologics for six years. Prior to joining Synthetic, she spent 10 years at Vericel Corporation in various corporate communication and investor relations roles, and 15 years in the public accounting field with focus on tax practice. Kris has served in leadership and volunteer roles with several organizations, including the Junior League of Ann Arbor, C.S. Mott Children’s Hospital Advisory Board, Ann Arbor Golf & Outing, Folds of Honor and United Way of Washtenaw County.
